Admission Form

The Admission Form is to be filled out carefully by the parent or guardian with accurate and complete information about the student. All required fields must be completed, and supporting documents such as the Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate (if applicable), Aadhaar Card copy, passport-size photographs, and previous academic records must be attached along with the form. Submission of the admission form does not guarantee admission, as it is subject to document verification, eligibility criteria, and availability of seats. The school reserves the right to approve or reject any application based on its admission policies. Parents will be informed about the admission status after the review process is completed.
